Finishing work facilities of the company are fitted with advanced fabric finishing equipment. Different types of fabric dyeing – vatting and active dyeing – are carried out on the thermosol dyeing lines by using chemicals and dyes produced by the world’s leading companies CHT/Bezema, Huntsman, Dystar. For dyeing of small batches of fabrics, the HENRIКSON jiggers are used.
For rotary printing, new-generation printing machines MHM with 10 colours and STORK with 8 colours are used. The company has its own printing pattern manufacturing plant, which allows to quickly carry out customers’ orders. Digital printing is performed by using high-technology equipment of the Reggiani Company.
The company has equipment that makes it possible to produce fabrics with different types of packaging:
- meter-long fold on pallets
- spooling
- double fabrics
Finishing work equipment allows to produce fabrics with “peach effect”, as well as dirt-oil-water repellent fabrics, fire resistant fabrics and fabrics with many other types of finishing.
Clothing manufacturing plant is equipped with high-performance sewing machines JUKI, PFAFF used both for making-up bed linen and garments.
